This Hill & Friends Tote is amde from Calf leather - over time th eleather will start to show signs of age, which can include creasing, this is an attribute of the leather.
Be careful not to scratch or rub the product, so please do handle with care. Protect your product from direct light, heat & dampe and store in a protective cotton dust bag (comes with bag). If the product does get wet, wipe dry with and a soft cloth and allow to dry at room temperature.

FREE UK delivery as standard on a 2-3 working day UK service (when ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays).
This is a tracked and signed for service, in which the recipient or appointed person will need to be present to sign for the parcel.
This service includes shipping to Jersey & the Channel Islands (in order to have your VAT deducted please ensure you select Jersey not the United Kingdom)
You will receive an email or text message on the day of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL
International deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail and can take around 7-10 working days. This will be either a Tracked or Signed for service, in which you can contact us if you wish an update with your order. You will receive an email to confirm the dispatch of your order.

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.
Due to shipping laws we are unable to send Perfumes, Oils or Fragrances internationally.
All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail, our carrier of choice, in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag.
IT'S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
Not everything is perfect, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order, to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund.
We kindly ask that you make sure all items should be returned new, unused, and with all the dressing room and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.

Swimwear pieces are refundable as long as the hygiene sticker it still visible and not been removed.
Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.
Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
