Role - Accounts Assistant - We require a Full Time Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Duties will include;
- Purchase ledger
- Web Sales reconciliation
- Nominal Ledger
- Setting up new suppliers
- Bank Reconciliations, incl credit card
- Bacs payments
- Resolving and investigating queries from suppliers
- Assisting external accountants where required
- Assisting the Director where required
What you need:
If you are studying or have completed AAT qualification that would be ideal but we will consider candidates without this but who have the relevant experience. Experience on accounts software Xero along with strong IT skills are essential as is the ability to work well in a friendly and supportive team. You should be customer focused and have the ability to work well in a fast paced and changing environment.
The Role is 5 days a week and salary will be discussed at interview stage. You will be working within a small, busy office supporting the Director and management team on all aspects of the finances.
