PART TIME OR FULL TIME ORDER PICKER AND PACKER/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
To get all of our orders picked and packed beautifully and assisting our customers with advice on email, live chat and on the phone.
Main duties & responsibilities:

Picking & Packing all orders to a luxury standard, maximising the shopping experience.

Ensuring all orders are accurately despatched in a timely manner.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills required.

Managing customer emails.

Customer service on email, phone and live chat, ensuring all customers are given an exceptional shopping experience without fail.

Keeping on top of customer reviews and responding to all reviews.

Supporting wider ecommerce team in all elements of day to day website tasks.

Organised and pro-active.

Efficient processing of returns and exchanges.

Multi-tasker, able to adapt to change and work at pace when needed.
