They aim for 100% of their plated jewellery to be made using certified recycled silver and gold. They are also transitioning towards using Fairmined gold for a portion of their fine jewellery, supporting small mining communities and ensuring transparency and traceability in their sourcing.

In addressing the challenges of gemstone supply and sourcing, Rachel Jackson only purchases gemstone products from partners who are RJC certified, ensuring transparency in the chain of custody. Their iconic Birthstone Amulets use gemstones that are by-products of the gemstone cutting industry, minimising waste and promoting sustainability.
