When Deryane is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time at home with her husband Chris and son Leo. Gardening is her go-to stress reliever, and she’s obsessed with Scandi-inspired interiors and her indoor plants! You’ll find Deryane flying between buying appointments and meetings throughout the week or in the office working on her selections, strategy planning, content creation and team development. Every day is different, and there’s never a quiet moment for her!

Charlotte has two children, Aurelia and Arlo, and they definitely keep her busy when she’s not at The Dressing Room! She’s a party girl at heart, but if she’s not at a boozy brunch, you’ll find her snuggled in for a cosy movie night! Charlotte oversees many aspects of the business, and works closely with Deryane and the team. She uses her degree in Fashion Photography to add creative input! Charlotte is our Essentiel Antwerp ambassador, working closely with the brand, monitoring sales, best sellers, and representing their fabulous clothes!

When Charley is not at work, she’ll be with her with her gorgeous daughter, or working on a creative project as she loves all things interiors and gardening. Her guilty pleasure has got to be indulging in some really good food or cooking up a treat at home. Charley is our lovely Store Manager, having started in 2015 and has quickly progressing to be a key member of Deryane's management team. With a degree in Textiles Design and training in floristry, Charley is a lover of print and colour.

Jenna recently became an Auntie so she spends her free time looking after her gorgeous baby niece! You’ll also find Jenna doing gig photography in her spare time, at one of her boyfriend’s gigs, or at the pub with a Guinness in hand! Jenna is in her element when helping Deryane with visual merchandising and the customer shopping experience. Jenna’s role is very varied, but you’ll usually find her making the shop floor look fabulous with her VM skills, carrying out team training, or advising our lovely customers on denim!

When Hannah’s not working, you’ll likely find her enjoying a long dog walk with her fiancé, having dinner with friends, or at Gail's! A self-proclaimed accessory enthusiast, she’s always the first to check out the latest handbag arrivals. Hannah mainly spends her day uploading product to the website, creating newsletters, packing orders, and filming lots of social content! You'll usually find Hannah with an iced coffee in hand, wearing Ganni, Hayley Menzies or Pink City Prints.

Naomi has a true passion for fashion, when she’s not at work, you’ll find her shopping and exploring new styles! She loves weekends away with her friends, and visiting new cities with her boyfriend. Naomi joined the team as a full-time stylist, helping all of our wonderful customers find pieces they love! Her time at work is split between styling, and supporting the web team! You’ll normally find Naomi wearing Rails, American Vintage or Ganni, and lots of layers of jewels!

Jacqui is a big fan of the outdoors and loves being at the stables with her horse. On weekends, you’ll find her enjoying good food at restaurants with her friends, and spending time with her two children, Isabella and Joshua. Her most worn brands are Ba&Sh and Frame, and she loves anything with a 70's influence. Jacqui manages all of the orders and deliveries in the stock system. She always gets a sneak peek of what’s arriving before anybody else! A big part of her role involves liaising with brands & agents, and the arrival of new product!

You'll usually find Christine wearing Munthe, Ba&Sh, or Stella Nova, she loves a real mix of brands and has an eclectic style. When she's not at work, she'll be spending time with her two girls, taking her dog for long walks, or in Pret buying a coffee! Christine joined the team in 2021 as a Senior Stylist. You'll find her on the shopfloor, helping our wonderful customers look and feel their very best. Her favourite part about her role is being able to empower ladies to feel good in everything they wear! Christine has an infectious smile and a true passion for what she does.

Hazel divides her time between St. Albans and LA, where her partner works. When she's not working, she can be found at home with her mum, helping care for the pups at their dog boarding service, or in LA, sipping rosé in the sun with friends! Hazel loves nothing better than helping our customers find an outfit they love and feel great in! Hazel is a big lover of fashion, and will always go the extra mile to help you seek out those most have pieces! You’ll usually find her wearing a big smile on her face, and Aylsi, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, or Essentiel Antwerp!

In her spare time, Monita loves hosting dinner parties for her family and friends, she has a real passion for food! If shes not cooking, she’s kicking back with some prosecco with some records spinning! On weekends, you’ll find Monita in store styling up a storm! She loves showcasing our new arrvials to all of our lovely customers’, and ensuring each and every person has a memorable and enjoyable experience!
