Handcrafted and Sustainable 🔆 The planning process for the new store design started months ago with a vision and a Pinterest board. As always! On that Pinterest board was this beautiful Giant Butterfly pendant created by @tomraffield and handcrafted in Cornwall. I have some of Tom’s design in my home and they are true classics with a modern twist. The steam bent wood is sustainable and handmade and working with small, artisan businesses makes it super special. The new fitting had a lot to live up to as the last chandelier from Roast Designs was in situ for 17 years and brought us so much joy. I’m so pleased that the hand blown glass fitting has gone to a new home for a lovely woman launching her own new business this year. I’m sure it’ll bring her and her clients lots of joy too. 🥰
