What a wonderfully rich and opulent season of Fashion we have ahead of us for Autumn Winter 2024. Designers and brands have used their creative expression to bring together a season that embodies sophistication and makes a statement through texture, colour and surface detail. Discovering these collections throughout my buying season inspired me to bring you my edit for the season ahead that gives us a new and fresh take on Autumnal dressing.

Colour Palette

The colour palette itself reflects a blend of warm and vibrant hues, comforting and versatile. Key colours for the season are:

• Cinnamon, a spicy, reddish brown that embodies warmth.
• Chocolate and Burnished brown: Rich, earthy and autumnal.
• Emerald green: Jewel toned and opulent.
• Soft Camel and Caramel: warm tones for a sophisticated look.
• Evening Blue: Deep and elegant.
• Deep Burgundy: a wine like red that pairs perfectly with Navy and olive green.
• Charcoal Grey: A dark and moody grey that works as a neutral with depth.

Rodeo Romance

This is a look that is here to stay, with designers taking inspiration from the rugged charm of the wild west combined with romantic flair. Expect to see texture, detail, fringing and embroidery that add depth to your pieces Pair romantic fabrics with denim and western boots to nail this look with layered jewellery.

Heritage Craftmanship

Often high on the rise, rounded in the leg and tapered at the ankle, this shape is surprisingly flattering and easy to wear. • Denim Skirts: High rise with high slits, the denim skirt has made a true comeback in midi and maxi versions offering a versatile alternative to the denim jean. Style with ankle boots for a modern look.
