We are looking for someone who loves fashion and people and is looking to build a career in retail. The job involves customer service, selling, styling, stockroom work and processing deliveries, therefore you must be hardworking and able to use your initiative. Retail experience is essential and applicants must be able to work weekends.
Stock and Order Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a stock and order processing administrator to join our small, busy team. This role would suit somebody that has previous experience in a similar role and is able to adapt to change and work in a fast pace.
Skills required: Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise, excellent numeracy skills, able to communicate effectively. Reliable and pro-active. Excel and Microsoft Office skills required plus an understanding of fashion retail stock systems.
- Processing supplier purchase orders
- Receiving deliveries into the stock system
- Reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders and booking in
- Regular stock checks
- Liasing with suppliers and customers
- Provide general administration support
