Behind The Scenes: New Season Event

There’s a chill in the air, the rain has returned between the sunny spells, and Autumn is well on it’s way. With that comes new season style, and in true Dressing Room fashion, we held one of our events to launch all our new collections in store.

With a theme reflecting Rixo London’s AW17 ‘Shanghai Chic’ designs, our windows were filled with gorgeous oriental parasols (thanks to Charley and Laura who painstakingly hung them to perfection!) alongside the stunning Rixo collection displayed in all it’s glory.

The goody bags were the best yet (and we say this every time but they really do just get better and better!) including an exclusive Rixo neck scarf in our beautiful blue leopard print, as well as a mini Skandinavisk candle, fashion fortune cookies and more….all for the first 50 customers who treated themselves to something in store.

We opened the door at 12, and after a lengthy queue down the street, lots of you flooded into store for some fab styling and shopping, with a delicious oriental themed cocktail from Poppycock Events to sip while you went!

As usual, we had an amazing charity raffle with prizes including a pair of J Brand jeans, ChloBo bracelets, and a Lily & Lionel scarf to name a few! All the raffle entries raised money for the When You Wish Upon A Star charity who make wishes come true for children with life threatening illnesses - a truly brilliant cause.

From the moment we opened the doors we had an amazing day…the store was filled with a fun fashion buzz, and everyone shopped ’til they dropped! Another whirlwind event…but we made sure there was a cocktail saved for us at the end!
