CARE

This Damson Madder jacket is made from 100% recycled polyester.

To ensure the longevity of your waterproof jacket when cleaning ensure the washing machine is free of any detergent or softener residue to avoid it clogging the breathable membrane. Before washing, remove any excess dirt or mud, turn the garment inside out, secure all zips and wash on a delicate 30 degree cycle with reproofing liquid placed in the detergent compartment. Using a reproofer specifically designed for technical outerwear will ensure the garment remains waterproof, Waterproof jackets should not be washed with ordinary detergent or fabric softener as these can degrade the durable water-repellent (DWR) finish.



 



After washing, tumble dry on low heat as the heat will activate the reproofer and support resealing the waterproof taping or alternatively air-dry. Do not iron, do not bleach, do not dry clean and do not use softeners. You don’t need to reproof your garment after every wash, however it is recommended if you find your garment is absorbing rather than repelling water. To help maintain the integrity of the seam taping, avoid wringing the garment and pulling or stretching the fabric. The taping is more vulnerable when wet so please handle it with care especially after washing.

As a quick, easy and free way to collect your order, why not visit us in store, not only can you pick up your gorgeous purchase but you can meet the team and see if there is anything that take your fancy!

1. You will receive a confimration order once your item has been packed and ready to collect

2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.

 

PACKAGING

All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via DPD or  Royal Mail, our carriers of choice, in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag. 

Returns Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

IT'S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

Not everything is perfect, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order, to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund. 

We kindly ask that you make sure all items should be returned new, unused, and with all the dressing room and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.

 

EASY PAID FOR RETURNS using our DPD Service: There is  a £4 charge to return your items back to us and this will be deducted off your refund amount when your order arrives back with us. 

We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

OTHER INFORMATION

Swimwear pieces are refundable as long as the hygiene sticker it still visible and not been removed. 

Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

 

LATE RETURNS

Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
