This Rails jumper is made fro 75% cashmere, 25% silk

WASHING & DRYING
Follow the care label on the garment, as cashmere is usually dry clean only. If allowed, hand wash your knitwear using a wool detergent, using either Clothes Doctor No3 Eco Wash or Steamery’s Delicate Wash.
Do not wring out your knitwear as this can misshape it.
Dry flat to avoid stretching the fibres.
It is normal for knitwear to pill over time, gently use a fabric shaver like the Steamery Pilo Shaver to remove bobbles or our Clothes Doctor No20 Beechwood Cashmere Comb.

As a quick, easy and free way to collect your order, why not visit us in store, not only can you pick up your gorgeous purchase but you can meet the team and see if there is anything that take your fancy!
We are located: The Dressing Room, 6-8 High Street, St Albans AL3 4EL
1. You will receive a confimration order once your item has been packed and ready to collect
2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.
All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via DPD or Royal Mail, our carriers of choice, in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag.
IT'S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
Not everything is perfect, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order, to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund.
We kindly ask that you make sure all items should be returned new, unused, and with all the dressing room and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.
EASY PAID FOR RETURNS using our DPD Service: There is a £4 charge to return your items back to us and this will be deducted off your refund amount when your order arrives back with us.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

Swimwear pieces are refundable as long as the hygiene sticker it still visible and not been removed.
Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.
Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
