I live in the US and had been searching to find a replacement pair of earrings that I'd lost. This store was the only one that had them. I wasn't sure if they could be shipped to me, so I emailed the store. Becky responded quickly and was so incredibly helpful. She set everything up and made it so very easy to process the transaction. This was truly the best customer service I've received from a retail store. I know for a fact that I would not have gotten this response and service in the US. I wish I lived in the UK so I could visit this store in person! Thank you Becky!
