Next Day service is available for UK mainland order placed Monday – Thursday if ordered before 3pm

If you order after 3pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched the next working day (Monday) so you will receive your items on Tuesday. If you wish to receive your order on a Saturday, you should select Saturday or Sunday delivery before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY UK DELIVERY – DPD COURIER            £8.95

Weekend service is available for UK mainland order placed Monday – Friday if ordered before 3pm

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY - DHL

International shipping made easy with our fast and convenient express delivery. 

International express deliveries will be sent out via DHL on a tracked service, with the following prices:

EUROPEAN DELIVERY (Includes Ireland in this service) - £20 - approx 1-2 working days expected transit time 

USA & CANADA DELIVERY - £25 - approx 2 working days expected transit time 

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY - £30 - approx 2-3 working days expected transit time 

ATTENTION FOR RUSSIAN DELIVERIES: We can only delivery to WORK addresses NOT RESIDENTIAL addresses. We will have to check the address with you once the order is placed to confirm this, if it is unclear. If contacted please respond back quickly so we do not delay the shipment of your order.

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.

Due to shipping laws we are unable to send Perfumes, Oils or Fragrances internationally.

As a quick, easy and free way to collect your order, why not visit us in store, not only can you pick up your gorgeous purchase but you can meet the team and see if there is anything that take your fancy!

We are located: The Dressing Room, 6-8 High Street, St Albans AL3 4EL

1. You will receive a confimration order once your item has been packed and ready to collect

2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.

PACKAGING

All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via DPD or  Royal Mail, our carriers of choice, in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

IT'S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

Not everything is perfect, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order, to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund. 

We kindly ask that you make sure all items should be returned new, unused, and with all the dressing room and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.

FREE UK RETURNS using our DPD Service 

We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

OTHER INFORMATION

Swimwear pieces are refundable as long as the hygiene sticker it still visible and not been removed. 

Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

LATE RETURNS

Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
