The large fur pom pom by Bobbl is handmade in a super soft vibrant orange fur, each one having its own individual characteristics. The bobbl features a press stud fastening, so that you can interchange them between the brands knitted merino wool hats.

Take care when removing when changing over your Bobbl's from hat to hat. Do not just pull the Bobble off the popper, instead use your nail in between the 2 parts of the popper
On arrival, if your Bobble looks a little squashed, dont worry it will bounce back. Either vigorously shake or leave in the bathroom when having a hot shower or bath for a little steam.

Free 2-3 Day UK Delivery - Royal Mail
All items come with FREE UK delivery as standard on a 2-3 day UK service (when ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays). You will receive an email or text message on the day of delivery with the estimated hour of delivery.
Next Day Delivery - DPD
Next day - £6
Monday -Thursday if ordered before 3pm and you will recieve an email or text message on the day of delivery with the estimated hourly time slot.
Next day before 10am - £10
Next day before 12pm - £12
(This excludes bank holidays)
If you order after 3pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched the next working (Monday) so you will receive your items on the Tuesday. If you wish to recieve your order on a Saturday you should select Saturday delivery before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.
Saturday delivery - £12
A saturday before 1pm delivery option is available for purchases made on Friday before 3pm.

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.
Due to shipping laws we are unable to send Perfumes, Oils or Fragrances internationally.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Alternatively if you live nearby to The Dressing Room you have the option to click and collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us.
All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail, our carrier of choice, in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag. If you would prefer us to send out your items via DPD please let us know.
If you wish to return an item then you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving the goods. You should make it clear if you require an exchange, credit note or refund for the item.
the-dressingroom.com is not responsible for returns costs.
Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.
You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the dressing room and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.LATE RETURNS

Orders placed after the 26th November for Christmas gifts can be returned up to 2nd January.
