Pyrus was created by husband and wife design team Lorraine and Ashwin Johnson in 2005. The brand is best known for its unique take on vintage. The combination of modern shapes with vintage techniques, embroidery and embellishment is what gives the brand its distinct look. Simplicity and style is key to the duo's design philosophy with an old-world look, inspired by their endless gathering and sourcing of Antique laces, dresses, vintage pieces, fabrics and books.
