Packaging

All of our full priced items will be sent out to you in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in a pink organza bag. Smaller items will then be placed in a pink gift bag and multiple/larger orders will arrive in our branded packaging.

UK Delivery Prices

All ToyWatches, Denim & American Vintage now come with FREE delivery!

All orders are sent via signed for next day delivery (when ordered before 1pm). This service costs from £6.00 and is guaranteed to be with you the next day before 5pm if you order before 1pm.

If you need your item earlier, we also offer a signed for next day delivery before 1pm option which costs from £8.00.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.

Heavier items such as boots, coats and larger orders will be charged at £10.00 and £12.00 for each of the delivery options.

Alternatively if you live nearby to The Dressing Room you have the option to collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us.

International Delivery Prices

European delivery starts from £15.00.
Worldwide delivery starts from £25.00.

Note: Heavier items will increase the delivery charge. This can be seen during checkout.

Other Delivery Information

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.

All orders require signature upon receipt.
