As a quick, easy and free way to collect your order, why not visit us in-store, not only can you pick up your gorgeous purchase but you can meet the team and see if there is anything that takes your fancy!

We are located: The Dressing Room, 6-8 High Street, St Albans AL3 4EL

1. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been packed and ready to collect
2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY – VIA ROYAL MAIL (TRACKED & SIGNED 48 SERVICE)

Orders will take approx 2-3 days from when they are dispatched, you will receive a email once the item is dispatched.

*Delivery times can vary depending on your area and during peak trading periods (for example Christmas & sale)

FAST TRACK DELIVERY 1-2 WORKING DAYS - ROYAL MAIL (TRACKED 24)                                      £4.95

Fast Track delivery service is available for UK mainland orders placed Monday – Friday if ordered before 3pm

If you order after 3pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Saturday and will arrive beginning of the following week. If you wish to receive your order on a Saturday, you should select Saturday or Sunday delivery before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.

PRIORITY UK DELIVERY – ROYAL MAIL (SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED BEFORE 1PM)           £6.95

Priority delivery service is available for UK mainland orders placed Monday – Thursday if ordered before 3pm

If you order after 3pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Saturday and will arrive with you on Monday. If you wish to receive your order on a Saturday, you should select Saturday or Sunday delivery before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.

These are a tracked and signed for service, where you will receive email notification of the shipment progress.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY UK DELIVERY – Royal Mail Courier            £8.95

Weekend service is available for UK mainland order placed Monday – Saturday.

For Saturday delivery please order before 3pm on Friday.

For Sunday delivery please order before 11am on Saturday.

This is a tracked and signed for service, where you will receive email or text notification of the shipment progress.

PACKAGING

All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail or DHL, in a branded “The Dressing Room” packaging and secured in a black sealed bag.

If you have selectd gift wrap then your item will have the branded Dressing Room ribbon and/or gold wrapping paper along with the branded box/envelope (along with a hand written gift message if this option has been selected).

Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging.

Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging.

Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag.
