All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail, our carrier of choice, in branded “The Dressing Room” packaging. Any items that are purchased in our sale will be dispatched in standard sale packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag. If you would prefer us to send out your items via DPD please let us know.
UK DELIVERY PRICES
All items come with FREE UK delivery as standard on a 2-3 day service (when ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays). You will receive an email or text message on the day of delivery with the estimated hour of delivery.
You can upgrade your delivery service to next day delivery. This service costs £6.00 and is guaranteed to be with you the next day before 6pm if you order before 3pm. You will receive an email or text message on the day of delivery with the estimated hour of delivery.
If you need your item earlier, we also offer a signed for next day delivery before Midday option which costs from £10.00, and a next day delivery before 10am option at £12 for all items ordered Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays.
A Saturday by 1pm delivery option is also available from £12.00 which is dispatched by DPD.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders Placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day .
Heavier items such as boots, coats and larger orders may be charged at £10.00 and £12.00 for each of the delivery options.
Alternatively if you live nearby to The Dressing Room you have the option to click and collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us.

International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail.
European delivery starts from £15.00.
Worldwide delivery starts from £25.00.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to customers in Australia on orders over £150.

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.
Due to shipping laws we are unable to send Perfumes, Oils or Fragrances internationally.
Returns PolicyGENERAL INFORMATION
If you wish to return an item then you should email us at email@example.com to notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving the goods. You should make it clear if you require an exchange, credit note or refund for the item.
the-dressingroom.com is not responsible for returns costs.
Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.
You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
In the case of Goods which are made and supplied to your specification or which have been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the dressing room and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.LATE RETURNS
